Move The Cursor Without A Mouse 

If you would like to try out using your mouse with only your keyboard, Windows makes this option available to you. The utility is called MouseKeys. MouseKeys uses your numeric keypad to control the mouse cursor. This can be a handy feature if you are needing better accuracy while designing graphics. MouseKeys allows you to move the cursor pixel by pixel across the screen.

Here is how to activate the MouseKeys feature:

Go to Start>> Control Panel>> Accessibility Options

Click the Mouse tab

Place a checkmark in the box titled: Use MouseKeys

Click the settings button to adjust the pointer speed 

Click OK
